Karla has worked in immigration law for more than twenty years. She has been with Olmos & Reynolds for more than a decade. She ensures the firm runs seamlessly and effectively. She takes pride in helping people every day. She immigrated to the United States as a child and developed an early, firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by immigrant communities. 

Karla is a proud parent of two daughters, along with a cat and a dog who complete her home. When she is not working or supporting her daughters in their extracurricular activities, Karla can be found at her third home, the gym.
