Yadira is an immigrant from Mexico. She earned a law degree from the Universidad del Distrito Federal (UDF) in Mexico City, graduating in 2003. In Mexico, she worked in civil and family law for 11 years. In 2012, with the intention of reentering the legal field in the United States, she completed the Legal Producer course at the Bassett School District in California, with a focus on immigration law.

Since 2016, Yadira has been working as an immigration paralegal, gaining experience in immigration court cases, waivers for unlawful presence, family petitions, and both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa cases. Yadira joined the Olmos & Reynolds team in 2022, directly supporting attorneys Susanne Cipolla and Keli Reynolds. Yadira maintains close contact with clients, guiding them through each step of the immigration process and helping them gather the necessary documentation for their cases.

Yadira has a deep vocation for service and strong empathy for people navigating the immigration process. As an immigrant herself, she understands firsthand the challenges many families face. She greatly values her family, the inspiration behind her dedication and compassion.
